Providing Personal Information is optional. You can browse products and general pages on cardosystems.co.nz without disclosing any Personal Information. Should you choose not to enter any Personal Information, you will be unable to purchase products, register for promotions, create a cardosystems.co.nz account, or send us queries/receive replies from us.

  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, our database system Sprint, redirect sales channels such as Facebook and Instagram, our payment gateway provider, our shipping providers, and our freight manager Go SweetSpot.
  • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

Customer support information

  • Purpose of collection: to provide you with customer support if needed.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.
  • Personal Information collected: if you send us personal correspondence, such as emails, live chats or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on our website, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

 

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  • All transactions are processed through a payment gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

 

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
We may use your Personal Information, as described above, to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:
